Westchester Residential Opportunity’s mission is to promote equal, affordable and accessible housing for all residents of the lower Hudson Valley, including Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties. Since 1968, WRO has championed the expansion of nondiscriminatory housing opportunities, evolving into a “one-stop” housing agency providing a comprehensive array of free bi-lingual housing counseling services and assistance for the full demographic spectrum of our service area. Approximately 80% of the households we serve are low- to moderate-income.
